Class Conex Child Safety Standards

At Class Conex, the safety and well-being of children is a top priority. We are committed to maintaining a secure platform for communication between authorized parents, teachers, school administrators, volunteers, and approved school personnel.

Class Conex maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Any content, behavior, or activity that exploits, endangers, or harms children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action.

Platform Purpose

Class Conex is a school communication and engagement platform designed to support collaboration between schools and families.

The platform is intended for use only by:

Authorized parents and legal guardians
Teachers
School administrators
Approved school staff
Authorized school volunteers

Class Conex is not intended for use by students or children, and student accounts are not supported.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Class Conex:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Any content depicting or promoting the sexual exploitation of children
Grooming or solicitation of minors
Requests for or distribution of explicit images involving minors
Sexualization or exploitation of children in any form
Human trafficking or exploitation involving minors
Any attempt to facilitate illegal activity involving children
Any content that violates applicable child protection laws

Any user found engaging in these activities will be permanently removed from the platform and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you believe content, communications, or user behavior on Class Conex violates these Child Safety Standards, please report it immediately.

Enforcement

When Class Conex becomes aware of content or conduct that violates these standards, we may take one or more of the following actions:

Remove offending content
Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts
Restrict access to platform features
Preserve information as required by applicable law
Cooperate with law enforcement or appropriate governmental authorities when legally required

Class Conex reserves the right to take immediate action whenever child safety may be at risk.

Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Class Conex complies with applicable laws relating to child protection and child exploitation.

Where required by law, or when appropriate to protect children, Class Conex will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and other authorized governmental organizations investigating child sexual abuse or exploitation.

User Responsibilities

All users of Class Conex are expected to:

Use the platform only for lawful educational and school-related purposes.
Treat all members of the school community with respect.
Refrain from posting or sharing inappropriate, abusive, or illegal content.
Immediately report any suspected child safety concerns or prohibited conduct.

Failure to comply with these standards may result in permanent removal from the platform.
