By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ClassConex, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent, guardian, or your participating school or organization to use ClassConex.

Certain features are intended solely for authorized school personnel, teachers, volunteers, parents, or guardians.

2. Description of Services

ClassConex provides tools for participating schools and organizations, including:

• School communications

• Announcements

• Volunteer management

• Volunteer hour tracking

• Donation coordination

• Before and after school care management

• Student and classroom information

• Parent engagement

• Event management

• School calendars

• Teacher newsletters

• Secure messaging

Features available to each user depend on their assigned role.

3. User Accounts

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.

• Maintain current account information.

• Keep your password confidential.

• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

• Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

4. School-Managed Accounts

Many ClassConex accounts are created or managed by participating schools.

Your school may:

• Create your account

• Assign your user role

• Grant or revoke permissions

• Deactivate your account

• Access information necessary to administer school operations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws.

• Impersonate another individual.

• Upload malicious software.

• Attempt unauthorized access.

• Interfere with the operation of the Services.

• Post unlawful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content.

• Upload copyrighted material without permission.

• Use the Services for commercial solicitation unrelated to school activities.

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By uploading content, you grant ClassConex a limited license to host, store, process, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit any content you upload.

7. Volunteer Activities

ClassConex provides tools to coordinate volunteer opportunities.

Participation in volunteer events is voluntary.

ClassConex is not responsible for:

• Event cancellations

• Volunteer attendance

• Injuries occurring during events

• Conduct of participants

• School operational decisions

Volunteer activities are administered by the participating school or organization.

8. Donations

If schools use donation features:

• Class Conex only facilitates coordination.

• Donations are made directly to participating schools or organizations.

• Class Conex does not guarantee tax deductibility.

• Schools are responsible for donation acknowledgment where applicable.

9. School Information

Information displayed within ClassConex is provided by participating schools.

​

Schools are solely responsible for:

• Student information accuracy

• Calendars

• Announcements

• Volunteer opportunities

• School communications

​

Class Conex is not responsible for inaccuracies submitted by participating organizations.

​

10. Intellectual Property

All software, graphics, branding, logos, interfaces, and application functionality are owned by MORA INNOVATIONS, LLC or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy

• Reverse engineer

• Modify

• Redistribute

• Sell

• License

any portion of the Services without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of ClassConex is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

​

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

12. Third-Party Services

ClassConex may integrate with third-party services, including:

• Apple Push Notification Service

• Google Firebase

• Wix

• Payment processors (if enabled)

• Authentication providers

Use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

13. Availability

We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Maintenance

• Network issues

• Software updates

• Security events

• Circumstances beyond our control

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Class Conex disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Reliability

• Availability

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MORA INNOVATIONS, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for use of the Services during the preceding twelve (12) months.

16. Suspension and Termination

We or your participating school may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Misuse the Services

• Engage in fraudulent activity

• Present a security risk

• Lose authorization from your school

Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ends.

17. Changes to the Services

We may modify, improve, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time without prior notice.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically.

​

Material updates will become effective upon posting within the application or website.

​

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

21. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded ClassConex from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and MORA INNOVATIONS, LLC, and not with Apple Inc.

• Apple is not responsible for the Services or their content.

• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the application.

• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the application, including product liability, legal compliance, or consumer protection claims.

• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you if necessary.

• You agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms while using the application.
